MAX Peptide AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAX Peptide AI application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MAX Peptide AI ("we", "our", or "us").

You acknowledge that:

  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions

MAX Peptide AI is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not provide services subject to HIPAA regulations.

3. Eligibility and Legal Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of peptide-related information complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Many peptides referenced in the Service are not approved by regulatory authorities (such as the FDA) for human use, and may be intended for research purposes only.

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store and Google Play.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings

If a free trial is offered:

  • It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
  • Interfere with system performance or security
  • Use the Service in a harmful or misleading way

We may restrict access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within the Service are owned by MAX Peptide AI or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store:

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
  • Apple is not responsible for any warranties or claims related to the app
  • Any claims must be addressed between you and MAX Peptide AI

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MAX Peptide AI.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings.
